Elmwood, Ferncroft, Carriage House and Franklin House are all larger buildings that have been converted into private 2 and 3-room suites, each with a kitchenette and private bath. There is a nearby playground with swings and climbing equipment.

Elmwood East and Elmwood West

For 2 to 4 people –each is a 2-bedroom suite on one level about a 10-minute walk from the Inn. Has a small main bedroom with a king bed, a/c and fireplace; a second larger room with two twin beds, a/c and fireplace; a kitchenette with small dining area and under the counter refrigerator; a full bath; and a screened porch. Elmwood East faces U.S. Rte. 7 and the interstate, so there is a certain amount of traffic noise (by rural standards).

For 3 to 5 people – large 2-bedroom, 2-story suite in Ferncroft. About a 10-minute walk from the Inn. First floor has a living room; a kitchenette with dining area and full sized refrigerator; and a screened porch. Second floor has a/c at the head of the stairs; a main bedroom with king bed and a/c; a room with three twin beds; and a large full bath. There is a certain amount of traffic noise from Route 7 and the Interstate (by rural standards).

For 2 to 4 people- 3-room suite on the second floor of Ferncroft about a 10-minute walk from the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed and a/c; a second bedroom with two twin beds and a/c; a small kitchenette with dining table and chairs, loveseat, and under the counter refrigerator; a large full bath and a small screened porch at the top of the stairs. Has a cozy feeling to it as the ceilings are sloping. There is a certain amount of traffic noise from Route 7 and the Interstate (by rural standards). 

For 2 to 4 people- 2-room suite on the ground floor of Ferncroft about a 10-minute walk from the Inn. Has a large main bedroom with king bed; a second bedroom with bunk beds and a/c; a kitchenette with small dining area and under the counter refrigerator; a full bath; and a screened porch. It is necessary to go from the bunk room through the main bedroom to reach the bath, but there is a separate entrance for each room. There is a certain amount of traffic noise from Route 7 and the Interstate (by rural standards). 

For 2 to 5 people- 3-room suite in Ferncroft about a 10-minute walk from the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed and a/c; a second bedroom with bunk beds and trundle, a/c, and room for a crib; a combined kitchenette/living room with hardwood floors, sofa, dining table with chairs, and under the counter refrigerator, a full bath; and a screened porch. There is a certain amount of traffic noise from Route 7 and the Interstate (by rural standards).

For 2 to 4 people- 2-room suite in Ferncroft about a 10-minute walk from the Inn. Has a very large main bedroom/sitting room with king bed, sofa and a/c which serves both bedrooms; a second bedroom with two twin beds; a kitchenette with dining area and full sized refrigerator; a full bath; and small alcove with a door between the main bedroom and twin room. A crib or rollaway can be added in the alcove. It’s necessary to walk through the main bedroom to access the other rooms. There is a certain amount of traffic noise from Route 7 and the Interstate (by rural standards).

For 2 to 5 people – 2-room suite in Ferncroft about a 10-minute walk from the Inn. Has a very large main bedroom/sitting room with king bed, sofa and a/c; a second bedroom with bunk beds, a twin bed, a/c, and room for a crib; a kitchenette with small dining area and full sized refrigerator; a full bath; and screened porch. A crib can be set up in the main bedroom, or we suggest bringing a baby monitor since the two bedrooms are separated by the kitchenette and bathroom. Carriage House I-ADA compliant– for 2 to 4 people – small 2-room suite on the ground level about a 10-minute walk from the Inn. Has a combination main bedroom/living room with king bed, a/c, hardwood floors, and fireplace; a second bedroom with two twins and a/c; kitchenette with under the counter refrigerator; and a full bath. A large screened gazebo available for guest use is located nearby. The unit has an access doorway to Carriage House II and is great for family reunions.

Carriage House III-For 2 to 4 people– small 2-room suite on the ground level about a 10-minute walk to the Inn. Has a combination main bedroom/living room with king bed, a/c, hardwood floors, and fireplace; a second bedroom with two twins and a/c; kitchenette with under the counter refrigerator; a full bath; and an open deck at the entrance. A large screened gazebo available for guest use is located nearby. The unit has an access doorway to Carriage House IV and is great for family reunions.

Carriage House II-For 3 to 5 people– 3-room suite on the second floor of Carriage House. About a 10-minute walk from the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed and a/c; a bedroom with bunk beds, a twin bed and a/c; a living room and dining area; kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator; and full bath. A large screened gazebo available for guest use is located nearby. The unit has an access doorway to Carriage House I and is great for family reunions.

Carriage House IV-For 3 to 5 people– 3-room suite on the second floor of Carriage House. About a 10-minute walk from the Inn. Has a main bedroom with a king bed and a/c; a bedroom with bunk beds, a twin bed and a/c; a living room and dining area; kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator; and a full bath. A large screened gazebo available for guest use is located nearby. The unit has an access doorway to Carriage House III and is great for family reunions.

For 3 to 5 people – 2 -bedroom ground floor suite in Franklin House located near Elmwood. About a 10- minute walk to the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed and a/c; a room with bunk beds, a twin and a/c; a small living room; kitchenette with full sized refrigerator; a full bath; and screened porch. Living room and Kitchen area have wood floors. The building faces U.S. Rte. 7 and the interstate, so there may be a certain amount of traffic noise (by rural standards).

For 4 to 6 people – 3-bedroom suite on the 2nd floor of Franklin House located near Elmwood. About a 10- minute walk to the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed, a/c, and access to enclosed porch with futon; two rooms with two twin beds in each (each room can take a crib if needed) and a/c; a living room with kitchenette on one side and full sized refrigerator; and a full bath. The building faces U.S. Rte. 7 and the interstate, so there may be a certain amount of traffic noise (by rural standards).

For 5 to 8 people – large four-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-story cottage. About a 20 minute walk to the Inn or a quicker bike ride. Situated near the Tyler Family and other private cottages. First floor has a living room and kitchenette with wood flooring, a full bath, and a large screened porch with a view of the lake. Second floor has a main bedroom with king bed and a/c; a bedroom with queen and a/c; a bedroom with bunks and a/c; a bedroom with two twins and a/c; and a full bath (shower stall but no tub). Ideal for a large family or a family reunion. Includes washer and dryer.
