Family Water Fun

Plentiful, high-quality lake and water sports and equipment star on Tyler Place family vacations. With no ticking clock to count hours or dollars, you can sail, windsurf, canoe, kayak, or paddle board to your heart’s and muscles’ content. Whether you want to enjoy a leisurely paddle around the bay, challenge yourself with a water-skiing or wake-boarding lesson, or just take a brisk swim to the island and back, the Boat Dock will satisfy your craving for adventure. Our experienced staff are available for lessons and setting you up with the equipment you need each day.

The waterfront is home to several classic Tyler Place events, too. The weekly Duckman mini-triathlon kicks off from the swim dock, and after the swim or kayak to Bandstand Island and back, racers take off for the bike and run portion of the event. On Friday mornings, don’t miss the Sailing Regatta – choose from our fleet of Hobie sailboats. Need to brush up on your jibing and tacking? Take a sailing lesson during the week.

Kids and teens love the banana boating, tubing, and water-skiing featured in the all-inclusive kids’ programs. Younger kiddos will have fond memories of Pirate Night and pontoon cruises. Lake and water sports are all-inclusive unless otherwise noted below.
