Water Sports Instructor

Job responsibilities include driving and/or instructing lessons for waterskiing, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and sailing. Lessons are for both children and adults. Additional responsibilities include kayak, canoe, paddle board and fishing boat rentals, driving tubes for our children’s program, leading fishing and nature expeditions around the lake, as well as boat and dock maintenance. Must be energetic, organized, and mature. Physical labor is to be expected. Previous motor boat operation experience is not required, but highly valued. Water Sports Instructors must have or obtain a Vermont Boaters License or US Coast Guard equivalent (we’ll pay for certification if necessary – it’s just an online course that can be completed in a day).
