Tyler Place family vacations have been toddler-friendly since 1933 – Long before anyone dreamed family resort vacations could feature personalized care and great program activities for young toddlers – and a second honeymoon for their parents. We welcome our “Junior Toddlers” with excellent childcare, unbeatable child/staff ratios, and a creative variety of indoor and outdoor facilities and activities.

Morning and Evening Parents’ Helpers

Designed specifically for young children, the Junior Toddler Program is supervised by a warm, caring, and experienced staff of caregivers and college students with one caregiver for every two children. Toddlers explore the outdoors for birds, wildflowers and butterflies; experiment with their hands and fingers in painting and nature crafts; engage in music, story-telling, movement, tumbling, and water play. Evenings, your child has his or her very own Parents’ Helper for one-on-one care. Your Parents’ helper and child will join other young toddlers for an early dinner and after-dinner play, or return to your accommodation, while the two of you enjoy a relaxed cocktail hour and a candlelight dinner at the Inn.

Morning and Evening Parents’ Helper and Morning Jr. Toddler Playroom Activities

If your family vacation falls during these dates, we arrange for your own Parent’s Helper who’ll provide your child with one-on-one care and attention for your week. Each morning toddler activities are held in the Playhouse Junior Toddler Playroom and Playground for your child and Parents’ Helper. Your Parents’ Helper and child will join other young toddlers for an early dinner and after-dinner play or return to your accommodation while the two of you enjoy a relaxed cocktail hour and candlelight dinner at the Inn.
