Has a main bedroom with king bed, a/c and private full bath (where washer and dryer is located); a bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed and a/c; a small bedroom with a twin bed at the main entrance; a large sun porch with windows/screens that has a daybed and twin bed; a living room with sofa; a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator; and a 2nd full bath off the sun porch.
