First floor has a living room with a gas fireplace and sofa; a main bedroom with a king bed, a/c and full bath with tub/shower; a kitchen with an island and full size refrigerator; and a screened porch. Living room, kitchen, and main bedroom all have wood flooring. Second floor has three bedrooms all with two twin beds (two of the rooms can be transitioned into a King) and a/c; and a full bath with shower upstairs. Includes washer and dryer on the first floor.
