Farmhouse & Tyler Cottage Lakeshore Suites

Farmhouse and Tyler Cottages are private lakeshore suites ranging from a 2-bedroom suite with 1 full bath to a 5-bedroom suite with living room, kitchen and 2 baths. Most have a fireplace and all have a screened porch.

Farmhouse (considered a lakeshore, 5-minute walk to the Inn) has three wings housing 4 units.  Farmhouse Down and Farmhouse Up are recommended for two families wishing to come together as they are in the same wing, and a door can be unlocked between the two suites to join together.  Farmhouse West is also located in the Farmhouse (ideal for family reunions) as the living room is accessible through both Farmhouse Down and Farmhouse South.  Families with young children should be aware that it has a wide lawn at the end of which there is a steep drop down to the lake.

For 3 to 6 people – Large 3-bedroom ground floor suite in Farmhouse. About a 5-minute walk from the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed, fireplace and a/c; a bedroom with two twin beds and a/c; a room with two twins (with access into Farmhouse West living room for family reunions); a large kitchen with full sized refrigerator and sitting area; a full bath; and a screened porch (that serves as the entrance) off of the main bedroom.

For 2 to 5 people– 3-room suite on ground level of the Farmhouse. About a 5-minute walk from the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed and a/c; a small second bedroom with bunk beds, a/c, room for a crib, and access into Farmhouse West’s living room (for family reunions); a kitchenette/living room area with hardwood floors, queen sleeper sofa, dining table with chairs and under the counter refrigerator; a full bath; and screened porch.

For 3 to 5 people – 2-bedroom suite located upstairs in Farmhouse. About a 5-minute walk from the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed and a/c; a room with two twin beds and a/c; living room/kitchenette with under the counter refrigerator, fireplace and a small couch opening onto a large screened porch; and a full bath.

For 5 to 10 people – 5-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-story suite about a 5-minute walk from the Inn. First floor has a bedroom with king bed and a/c; a living room with fireplace and dining area; a kitchenette including a full sized refrigerator; and a full bath. Second floor has four bedrooms, two of which have queen beds and a/c; one room with two twin beds and a/c; one room with bunk beds and a/c; and a full bath. This is our largest accommodation and is recommended for 2 or 3 families to share. 

For 3 to 5 people – 2-bedroom lakeshore suite in Tyler Cottage. About a 5-minute walk to the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed and a/c; a bedroom with two twin beds; a living room with wood flooring, fireplace, sofa, and small kitchenette in alcove with under the counter refrigerator; a full bath; and a screened porch. Has a fairly private back lawn which ends abruptly at a steep bank overlooking the lake.

For 5 to 8 people – 4-bedroom, 2-bath suite located on the lakeshore about a 5-minute walk from the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed and a/c; two bedrooms with two twin beds in each and a/c; a small bedroom with single bed with a/c (room for a rollaway or crib); small living room with wood flooring;a walk-through kitchen with full sized refrigerator; two full baths; and a screened porch that faces the lake. Nice back lawn that ends abruptly at a steep bank overlooking the lake.

For 2 to 4 people – small 2-room upstairs suite in Tyler Cottage. About a 5-minute walk from the Inn. Has a main bedroom with king bed, and a/c; a kitchenette with under the counter refrigerator and microwave; a bedroom with two twin beds and a/c; a full bath; and screened porch overlooking the lake (with a loft). The main bedroom and kitchenette area has wood flooring. Has a nice back lawn which ends abruptly at a steep bank overlooking the lake.

For 2 to 4 people – 2-bedroom lakeshore suite on the first floor of Tyler Cottage. About a 5-minute walk to the Inn. Has a main bedroom with a king bed, a/c, a view of the lake and access to a small screened porch; a second room with bunk beds which has room for a crib but is a very tight fit for a rollaway; a full kitchen and full sized refrigerator; a living room with sofa; and a full bath. Has a nice back lawn which ends abruptly at a steep bank overlooking the lake. Includes washer and dryer.
