For 5 to 7 people –3-bedroom, 2 bath, 2-story cottage on Old Dock Rd about a 4-minute walk to the Inn. First floor has a large living room with fireplace and full-sized sleeper sofa and loveseat; a small main bedroom with queen bed and a/c; a kitchen/dining area with a full sized refrigerator; a full bath; and a screened porch. Second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a/c; and a full bath with shower stall (but no tub). Can be occupied by two families.
